I take it you have removed the timing belt without 'pinning' up the flywheel, injection pump and camshaft or the belt has snapped! If the belt has snapped you will need to replace the pushrods as they will be a little bent!
to refit: slacken off the tensioner
1 x 8mm rod fits in just above the starter motor (left hand side as you look at it) rotate engine until the rod pushes home and you cannot turn the engine.
1 x 8mm rod into the pump (there is a corresponding hole on the pulley) (lefthand front of engine as you look at it). Rotate the pump by hand until the rod pushes home.
1 x 8mm rod into the camshaft (right hand side of engine as you look at it) again rotate camshaft until the rod pushes home. If the cam stops turning before you get the rod in, you will need to remove the flywheen rod and turn the engine 1/4 back. Once this is done REFIT the flywheel pin.
slip the timing belt on, REMOVE ALL 8mm RODS and tension. Rotate the engine BY HAND to ensure it rotates freely before attempting to start.
