aerox 50cc goes slow at about 30mph and 40mph?

it goes normal to about 30 then slow then has a boost of power then slow at 50 then normal.the warmer it is the worse it gets and it has been deristricted.it has done 1,300miles

when u derestict a bike you have to put a race spark plug in the bike because the original one is getting too hot
