Samsung RS21DCMS - Ice dispenser not working?

The ice dispenser on my Samsung RS21DCMS has stopped working, the ice cube tray has stopped filling up and has stopped rotating, the water filter is stilll working, so the water supply is still there

Any ideas how I can sort this out ?
