Why is the water not draining away?

I have a Hoover Service 1600 washer/drier and the water is not draining away completely after a wash. Is the filter clogged? Where is the filter?

There is no filter on a hoover washer.

Your sump is probly blocked with coins and fluff

the filter could be at the front of your machine at the very bottom behind a 'kick panel'
