how can a repair a rusty alloy?

got a 3 series bmw, front passenger tyre keeps losing air but no puncture? could the alloy be rusty? if so, can i have it repaired?

take it to a tyre centre.they will clean the wheel up with a wire brush.they get a bit corroded in there.they will then put a paste on it called bead sealer.
