when the machine is on it clicks once, door locks and then nothing, cleaned out the filter and the same thing nothing, turned off at the main switch still nothing, can anyone help me ,

it may be the carbons in the motor worn out or the motor could be faulty.another common fault is the drum seal could be leaking water which maybe getting onto the motor.
