my Samsung RS21 DCNS water dispenser has stopped working?

Hi my water dispenser has stopped working any ideas how to get into it or what could be wrong. its an RS21 DCNS

you will find that in the back of fridge compartment ice will be building up ,this will be caused by sensor and or thermal fuse failure .these are attached to the evaporator
