Wash cycle seems ok, conditioner not pulled through into machine on rinse cycle, clothes appear not rinsed. cycle completes but no "power" on spin - drum rotates but does reach any speed and does not remove excess water. I have checked the filter and it is clear.The machine has not been moved so there is no reason that a kink could have developed in the pipe work which is all behind the machine. Any suggestions please?

empty the machine and put half the wash back, then retry spin cycle only, mine works when i do this, its a pain but saves buying a new machine
