the windscreen washers front & back have ceased to work but the pump motor can be heard as normal. Help please

There is a grommit that also waxes up which the washer pump attaches to. Take the pump out (it just pulls out), then remove the grommit with pliers. Give it a good clean and pop it back in. If you leave it blocked too long though it can destroy the pump.

i suspect you use too much washer fluid ... tends to wax up and block washer jets .... as lng as the motor can b heard to run when activated then i would suggest trying some fine rigid wire or a fine pin/needle to clear the jets out (jets being the poin from where the water is expelled , usually on the bonnet/scuttle panel or even on some vehicles on the wiper arms) ... failing this then detach the hoses from the washer pump and use an airline to blast and hopefully clear the blockage.... one or the other should do the trick then just dont use too much washer fluid....goes waxy !
