I have a Mikomi smart camera webcam I have a mic which is sperate to the webcam and the problem is the video keeps freezing and the voices break up during conversation when I get intouch with my daughter in Australia. But when I speak just using the mic we have no problem it is just when we use the webcam. Can you please help me with this problem.

It's to do with your movement, moove too fast it will freeze i had the same problem.

right turn your pc off and unplug ur webcam leave it for 10 seconds and then plug it back in and then reload ur pc and try it then and if that duesent work u need to get a new webcam
