How can I fix my Leisure Ports of Call, Jeff Banks Cooker?

The oven on my Leisure Ports of Call, Jeff Banks cooker is working no higher than a very low flame, i.e. as when you first ignite it, even though the knob is turned to maximum. (We have tried pricking the gas jets with a needle).
