No high idle on McCulloch 2014 chainsaw?

I can start my McCulloch Eager Beaver 2014 chainsaw, but when I pull the throttle open, it won't go to high speed. I replaced the fuel lines, and the screen in the exhaust is not plugged.

Need to adjust the high/low settings near below choke lever. using a #2 screwdriver run screws in, ( should be about 1.5 turns reference this) turn each screw out a fuzz futher than that 1.5 turns . Start saw following the instructions located under trigger . You may find futher adjustment may be required . Be careful

I don't know. I have exactly the same problem. When I apply the trigger the engne begins to slow down.

Its not the gas, spark plug or air cleaner.
