I've lost instructions. How can I alter the frequency of my BT Freestyle 2500 digital cordless phone so that my wireless router does not interfere with the signal?

It doesn't tell you how to do it in the User Guide, or even what the frequency is. I'd like to know as I suspect I have a similar problem. It may be easier to change the frequency of the router.
