engine siezed?

on a 94 ford escort 1.6 16valve the engine has siezed up due to no oil and the oil light never coming on is there a cheap way to un sieze it if possible

The short answer to your question is no. Oil is the life blood of any engine and without it the whole engine is probably a write off!!
Only the bolt on bits will be of any use, fuel system, starter etc.
Cheers mate
