How can i fix my radiator fan. motor works vectra b 2.2sri facelift?

fan works when perminent live connected. all connections made. fan just won't kick in. Radiator is fine as it cools when traveling.

The engine coolant sensor, which triggers the fan circuit, could be defective.Best get that checked first.
