yes, definitely fuse 7. Mine had a 20amp fuse in it, which had blown, but I could not tell you if it was meant to be 20amp originally

Fuse Box Locations:

Engine Bay Fusebox is located in the passenger side closest to the headlight and is accessed by releasing the spring clamp at the back.

Passenger Footwell Fusebox is located behind and to the right of the glovebox. Open the glovebox and tug towards the rear of the car to aid access. There is a small black pin on the right of the fusebox that needs to be pulled in the direction of the floor in order to release the box from its mounting.

FINIS Codes:

Most fuses can be obtained from car shops like halfords however the larger ones are more specialist and may need to be ordered from Ford:

I managed to blow mine when using them to power a mains converter a few years back when camping. Mine is a 2002 TDi, so I can't guarantee it's the same.

As far as I remember on my car each outlet is separately fused. Looking at the diagram on the inside of the pull-down flap, it looks like:
"Cigarette lighter" in front console: fuse 7 (picture of a cigarette on the diagram).
Power outlets by rear door: 8 and 10 (pictures of 2-hole sockets on the diagram).

In my car all of these hold a 15amp fuse, although I can't guarantee this is right- I seem to remember pulling fuses without noting where they belonged, and neither the handbook nor the flap diagram gives fuse values.

Fuse 20 looks as though it could be relevant if the others don't solve the problem. I have a 20amp fuse in that.

Good luck
