try to open a file that i downloaded but mess. pops up "the MMIMGMGR.DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL ;GetLastInputInfo" So what do i do to fix it ?

go to www.support.microsoft.com and type user32dll into the search box from there you can get a download that corrects this problem.
