How can i fix the rust on my VW GOLF GT GTI alloy wheel?

my wheel has bubbled, and what looks like rust is showing on it. any ideas about repair prices etc etc.

There are two ways of doing this.
A- is go to an alloy refurbisher. Will cost between 50-100 quid per wheel, depending on how much damage is done and what kind of repairs need to be one. (http://www.clean-image.co.uk/wheelrepair.htm)
B- Is a diy method. You can sand down the rust or bubbles using wet and dry then repaint the alloys. (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/realwhda.html)
