How do I fix my Zanussi top oven/grill?

The top oven on my Zanussi ZCE 7701 electric cooker has stopped working. It doubles as a grill and the grill won't work either. Everything else on the cooker is working.

If oven AND grill dont work, check wiring and rear cavity thermostat. DISCONNECT FIRST!!!!!!!. Stat on frame on l/h looking from front , at back.
