Ford KA heater fan?

The fan for the heater on my Ford KA (S reg) is not working at all. The fuses check out OK. Any ideas?

does the fan work, and if it does is the heater blowing cold air all the time if so you need to replace the heater valve control under the bonnet this will take an good D.I.Y.machanic about 30 mins to replace.
