hi i have a humming noise like as if the tyres are rubbing wen i even just slightly turn my steering wheel at any speed. i have a mondeo 1.8 lx td n reg. could it be my bearing or something to do with my power streering which may i add works fine thanks any help will be very welcome

yer i have done that but every thing sounds fine. when am driving in a strait line it doesnt do it just when i very very slightly put pressure on steering thanks

sounds like wheel bearing-jack up each front wheel in turn and give it a spin to find which one is noisy
