how can i fix the noise in my ford mondeo?

i have a ford mondeo.whenever im driving there is this continual banging noise from the rear of the car. thought it was something in the boot at first, like the spare tyre. it doesnt seem like a metallic sound. the car runs fine, but this noise is bugging me. can anyone help. thanks.

Rear Subframe bushes you can buy a tool to remove andreplce the buhes with subframe in situ.

IF this is a Mk 3 Mondeo then I would strongly suspect the rear subframe bushes. Please confirm model and I will give instructions.
