removed head off engine to change head gasket put head back on torqued head down and timing all set up by the 3 pins and now engine turns over as if there is no compression (very quick) when i turn engine by hand you can feel no compression

any ideas. thanks.

did you make sure that pistons wern't at top of bores before you put head in position and tightened down-if not you might have bent some valves?
