How do i replace a window winder on a fiat punto 55?

The window winder on my rear left window does not work, something has snapped or fell off inside, it turns but just makes an awful churning sound, my window is slightly down not noticable enuf to the naked eye but to a car wash!!...YES I GOT WET!

sounds like what happened to my front winder. the plastic teeth inside have worn down, leaving no grip. Simply have to pull the handle off and replace it with a new one
