What fuse/relay controls the windshield washer pump on 2001 Ford Focus?

The windshild washer pump does not work on my 2001 Ford Focus and I am trying to avoid replacing unnecessary parts (ie windshield washer pump) which I don't know if it is dead. What is the fuse location in the fuse block or the fuse/relay that controls the windshield washer pump on 2001 Ford Focus?

There isn't one. It gets it's power from the wiper mtr/fuse
