Fuel cover snapped off?

Fuel cover on Citroen Picasso has snapped off. Can this be repaired or replaced at home or is it a job for the professionals?

buy it, paint it then theres a 20 torx screw to remove and it should pop out. The flap will come separate to the housing and you need a degree to fit it to it.
