vauxhall omega 2.5?

i have problem with my cooling system. not sure if i need a new air conditioning filter. Will not get cold when on.

where would the filter be located on my car.

A blocked filter will still result in cold air, but not much air getting through. If it's still blowing out fast but not getting cold, then more likely it needs re-gassing by an aircon specialist. Expect to pay about £50-60.
