which way do you unscrew a blade from a mountfield petrol

Had just this problem myself this week. Have a petrol Mountfield so emailed the copmpany who gave me these instructions
1. Remove spark plug
2. Tip mower backwards onto the handle (not on its side)
3. Nut turns anti-clockwise.

Hope this helps and all models turn the same way!!
