fan speeds 1,2and 3 don't work,only speed position 4 works,ie full.

you will have to replace the resistor pack that is located underneath the passenger side glove box it is located next to the heater blower motor also check the plug that connects the resistor pack to the heater blower motor as they are prone to burning out resulting in melted plugs.
