How can I adjust the belt on my self propelled mower ?

I have a murray self propelled mower- model #226130X92A.. I need to tighten the belt but I can't find the adjustment.. Can you help.. Or maybe it is an adjustment that I am looking for.. Please help...

There should be a cover you can take off and there is a adjustment rod for tighting the drive belt .......had same on mine
