the front roof of our travel trailer has water damage over the winter.its a 2001 38 ft. sand piper. looks like wood is rotted. how hard is it to repair. Roof is rubber or vinyl.

I'm about to purchase a trailer - my first one - and am doing as much resreach as I can. I am in the liddle of researching rubber roofs and it's making me want to back off from rubber roofs pronto!! Trouble, is, to buy a 'two-piece fibreglass trailer such as the Bigfoot is far more expensive. I suppose the answer is, you gets what you pays for! Any feedback for me from RV OWNERS who have experienced rubber roof problems please?
