how do i fix the valve timing on lawn mower?

ive got a briggs and stratton 3.5hp engine and need to get the valve timing in line but not sure how to do this

todo this the engine must be apart to align dots on camshaft and crankshaft ..........
The shear pin might have been broke if you have hit anything with the mower .........
