Shower is cold.Is my hotpoint shower repairable?

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius shower. power lights are all working and water is running fine but water is cold unless temperature is turned to full then water is only trickling out but warm, Is this repairable?

sounds like a heating element has packed up. how old is the shower ? they can be repaired by not always worth it by the time you have ordered parts got them fitted. so times easyer to buy new shower.
