Just won't start and wonder whether this is linked with fuel pump cut off switch - where is it? and how to override it? Grateful for ideas

its next to your pedal boxs they is a little hole in the panelling and u push it down to get your car to start and you cant override it unless you have a alarm fitted like i have done and it could be the factory alarm not letting you start it.

it is down at the driver,s side foot well push the buton back in then try and start the car.
