the missus has a 306 with intermintent problems with the windows , turns out the wire between the door was nakerd to much bending dose it ,we took off the door pulled out the wiring from the body saw broke and bare wires, resolderd them alls fine now, if its the same as mine the door hinge has a 10mm nut in the hinge then lift off the door. this repair was over £200 at the local manic. good luk
