the lawnmower starts but after about 30 sec it jus dies ive checked the spark plug an it seems fine,there a diff place for the oil can anyone tell me if this is the only oil it needs or do i have 2 mix 2 stroke with the petrol thanx

lawn mower starts up first time after a feww seconds it virtualy cuts out and then starts up again it dose this every few seconds.when i hold the cold start button in it works perfectly.

The engine cuts out after a few seconds because the jet is blocked in the carb. Remove the fuel tank, by undoing two bolts, one on the front and one on the side, unhook the springs and other connections. Remove the carb carefully, held on by 5 screws, then you will see 2 plastic tubes, one long one short. The shorter one will have a gauze filter on it, remove the filter and blow through the pipe to clear the blockage, clean and replace the filter, re-fit the tank, and start as usual. You may have to start it a couple of times to get fuel into the bowl.

The mower runs on normal unleaded petrol only - don't add any oil to the fuel. The other place is just for oil only. Can't tell you why it isn't running properly as I haven't got a manual myself but my one is very tough and never cuts out (even with the abuse I give it!).
