I have purchased a new pcb part no. 5111603 but the installation manual has not been sent with the part. I pestered the supplier constantly for a manual but he says it should have been in the box. Can any-one help?

Andy, I took your advice after searching for answers to my Potterton Suprima 50 boiler problems. A quick call to Pottern (08706 060 780) where a department has now been organised specifically to deal with these issues. Very friendly, an engineer is on his way out on Monday (28 May 2007). Cheers for the pointer!

watchdog did a review about those boiler if you go on there website you my be able to get it fixed fron nothing
