98 Ford Mondeo airbag light flashing?

I have a 98 Ford Mondeo Z-Tec with double airbags. The airbag warning light flash's constantly in a 4 flash pattern. Any ideas?

Cheers I did as they said and walaa it is fixed.
I do have another problem to. The battery was dead on the keyless entry so I repalaced it but it is still a no go. I have had the key tested and it is working. Do I have to recode the key to the car??
