What is wrong with my KX-FP101 phone/fax machine? It will no longer make photo copies nor will it send a fax, however I can still receive a Fax. I used it quite often and relied on it as a desk copier. I really depended on this since I'm somewhat crippled and it was so conveinent for me to use. Would it be a "Photo-Diode Sensing Array"? If so where on the machine is it located, what does it look like, can it be replaced cheaply & can I do it myself? I work for a Community Action Agency with low income clients and we have a very limited budget, and therefore buying a new phone/fax machine is not an option at this time.

My fax machine will not send a fax, ie get an error message, stating code , 42, 43, or 44. what do this codes mean, and how can I fix my machine. It did successfully send a previous fax. Could I have the wrong number, or a non working number.
