Fuse for Scenic 12Vdc socket on sliding console?

Anyone know where the fuse is located for the 12Vdc socket in the sliding console on a Renault Scenic 53? I think it is under the bonnet on the passenger side but I cannot get into the compartment (rubbish Renault pay for everthing design!!!)

According to my local dealership it is somewhere under the front seat, together with a number of other fuses. I blew it with a 12v-240VAC converter for the laptop: it turns out that there is only 10 amps available.

Sorry i forgot to ask which of both seats...
