Don't bother as Mikomi are absolute cr*p.
Do a search for Mikomi on this site and you'll see just how many people have problems with them.
Buy a Logitech and make life easy for yourself.

That's what I would have suggested a few months back but the Mikomi web site went away.

Mikomi should have Vista drivers by now so I suggest you download them, otherwise you may need to review how you are installing the USB(?) connection
