Indesit Washing Machine?

I recently bought an Indesit washing machine from Currys (3 weeks ago) which had been working fine until today. While it was carrying out a wash I heard a clunking noise as it something had droped so when I went to the Kitchen I noticed the washing machine drum was not moving. I drained the water from the machine and when I looked inside I noticed the right hand side of the drum was all dented inwards towards the inside the of the machine. What would cause this to happen? Is this type of fault covered by a guarantee? Many thanks

yes its under warranty, contact indesit to arrange a repair, your need your serial number when u call, they might offer an exchange, if it beyond economical repair, but push indesit for the exchange if its under 28 days. ring them before the 28 days, like u said you've had it three weeks.

Something between the drum and the housing...I would chase this one as a warranty claim
