How can I fix My Ford Focus Faulty headlights/tail/Dash lights?

Since the other day, when I turn my head lamps on to the first setting on the switch(side lights),
there is no tail lights, no side lights and no instrument lights working,
If I put it on to Dipped or full beam(2nd Notch) then the head lights work but no tail or instrument lights.

All the other lights work normally, including the brake lights and parking lights.

I have checked all the fuses and swapped the relays around, they are all fine? Could it be the actuall switch itself on the dashboard?
Any Ideas would be very grateful,

Cheers

Yes - almost certainly dashboard switch!! Known "problem" with Ford Focus/Mondeo.
