cant seem to get a spark checked all the normal stuff but still no spark it was running when i removed the engine from the mower the other think i cant work out is why the flywheel seems to be in two half when only the back part will move

where do i hook the little spring on the throtle that controls the speed

remove the centre nut holding the flywheel, Its Left Hand Thread and tap the flywheel gently and it will slide off the tapered shaft. With the Flywheel removed you can now see the "Points". Examine the points for signs of wear and if OK turn the flywheel shaft until the Cam lobe is opening the points. The Gap for the points is 18-20 thou.kenwood@merseymail.com
