When you are stopped in hot weather it is perfectly normal for your fans to be running all the time. They will normally cut out when you are rolling though. I would not disconnect them.

pull the wires off the fan switch.also someone may of bridged the wires at some point 2 make it do that because it was overheating.if so u will need 2 take bridge out & get a ne switch
