you obviously have a fault with a component or wiring within the machine but always check the plug incase the fuse or wiring is loose (correct fuse aswell). you can often contact the manufacturor who maybe able to assist and offer a fixed price call out with free parts or i belive there are websites for independent repairers who can often be cheaper
