My 214 si won't start?

I have brought a rover 214 i (this seems to be a common problem afte looking on here)
It won't start, it's not sending off a spark either!
I have changed the spark plugs, plug leads, distributor, rotor arm, crank shaft sensor, ecu and 5as (they match) coil, distributor points. The immoboliser isn't stuck on any ideas???? please!

I've had the same problem as I've got the exact same car. If its not sending out a spark, have you checke the starter motor or battery? I've had the starter motor and battery changed and so far so good.
Hope this helps
