samsung RS21NCSV?

the bottom of my fridge is cold but not at the top i have replaced the defrost heater as the engineer said but there is still ice forming at the left hand corner inside the fridge and the temp of the fridge keeps changing.It is a samsung RS21NCSV fridge freezer.

Thanks for the reply but i have replaced the cover evaporator as well.Is there any thing else i can do i am desprate.
