spongy brakes on ford transit?

my brakes on my transit are very spongy ' i have cleaned all the pipes containing brake fluid and replaced the servo and refilled the system with new brake fluid and i am still haveing the same prob any sugestions would be welcome many thanks Ed

pump pedal till hard then place a piece of wood on pedal and bottom of front seat leave over night,next morning remove wood pedal should be hard as long as there are no leaks in system.it works by displacing air in system i have used this method for years

Get a brake hose clamp and indevidually clamp off a brake hose, each time testing the pedal, this should tell you where the fault lies

I also forgot to tell youif its a newer model it might need to be bled with a scanner attached .........yep dealer got ya again

Have you pressure bleed the system >?
Need to start at the right rear then the left rear then the right front and hen the left front according to whitch side the master cylinder is on
