How can I reactivate central locking and immobilser?

I want to reactivate central locking and immobilser on 1997 megane 5 door hatchback. previous owner deactivated them.

try puttig key in the ignition and then pressing immobiliser button on. this works for vauxhall cars. i hope this solves the problem. good luck.
